Brief Job Description :

Primary Purpose

1. To provide helpdesk support for the project

2. To perform infrastructure and application technical duties

3. To provide project admin support to project team

Responsibilities :

1) To provide helpdesk support and application testing service for the project :

• manage the project mailbox
• response / provide advice to users for incident / SR / CR raised by performing business analysis of application functionality (without source codes)
• ensure all incident / SR / CR are tracked and closed within SLA
• liaise with subcontractor (via JIRA) to ensure issue is resolved
• testing of bug fixes in test environment
• compile daily / weekly / monthly statistics for reporting

2) To perform infrastructure / application technical duties
