Senior Quantity Surveyor - WCAN

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and detailed cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tenders.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to LTA / PUB tender specifications, pricing formats, and compliance standards.
• Develop and submit competitive tender proposals within required deadlines.
• Conduct post-tender evaluations and provide support during contract negotiations.
• Assist with variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control throughout project execution as needed.
