Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ) and detailed cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tenders.
- Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
- Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to LTA / PUB tender specifications, pricing formats, and compliance standards.
- Develop and submit competitive tender proposals within required deadlines.
- Conduct post-tender evaluations and provide support during contract negotiations.
- Assist with variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control throughout project execution as needed.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.More than 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including involvement in government project tenders.Solid understanding of civil engineering works, such as roadworks, drainage, sewerage, and utilities.Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.Familiar with the Singapore Standard Method of Measurement (SSMM) and public sector procurement practices.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
