Your primary responsibility will be appointment setting for our financial consultants. Please note that no selling over the phone is required — your job is to engage prospects, introduce our financial products briefly, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Introduce financial products in a professional and concise manner.
• Set up appointments for the financial consultant team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the database with customer information.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Meet daily / weekly appointment targets.
