Job Description :
You will be responsible for providing support in both accounting and administrative functions. This includes handling daily bookkeeping tasks, assisting with month-end reporting, and performing general office administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Support month-end closing activities and reports.
- Handle filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Provide general office support as required.
- Cash collection
Requirements :
GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Business Administration.Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Good communication and organizational skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Job Type : Full-time
