Working Hours : Shift work, Stand-by 24 / 7 Operation

Our client is an established System Integrator with strong presence in the Enterprise, Network and Security Infrastructure business catering to Commercial and Government sector.

Position Responsibilities :

The primary scope is providing technical support assistance to end-users via Chat, Email, Phone and on-site support assistance.
Will focus on IT Support service assistance for cybersecurity, network, end-user PC equipment, configuration, deployment and support.
Handle various technology products such as (but not limited to) : Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Solarwinds.
Handle escalations and assist client’s technical issues.

Position Requirements :

ITE or Diploma in any IT related field.

Ideally with 1 year working experience in Network, IT Security Maintenance and Support.

Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Able to work on shift schedule, 24 / 7 operations, travelling in different sites and people oriented.

Knowledge in cybersecurity and network support, IT support assistance and L1 / L2 exposure.

We will consider all candidates but will prioritise those who have closer requirements to client needs.
