🔧 SUPERVISOR (M&E) – Duties and Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise all M&E works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ACMV, fire protection, etc.) to ensure proper installation according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and other trades to resolve site issues.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
2. Technical & Documentation
Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and method statements before implementation.Ensure M&E works are installed as per approved drawings and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF).Prepare site reports, daily progress reports, and inspection checklists.Attend coordination and technical meetings with consultants and clients.3. Manpower & Resource Management
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines.Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site.4. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers comply with site safety requirements.Report unsafe acts or conditions to the Safety Officer or Site Manager.Tell employers what skills you have
