Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically :
• Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation
• Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT; and
• Championing the use of new business processes and systems.
• To work with the Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date.
• To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.
