Roles & Responsibilities

DRIVER

• Ensuring the smooth running of ceremonial services.
• Able to communicate effectively with Agents and Customers.
• Ensuring adequate safety precautions on site.
• Attending site meetings, if any.
• Liaising with vendors on deceased photograph printings and name tag printing on niche cover.
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of site.
• Any other jobs assigned by HOD / Supervisor from time to time.
• Implementation of calling and confirming with Agents / Customers on services booking (1 day before service date).
• Coaching and mentor team mate
• Standardize all procedures like check-in, Anling, Bone picking etc.

QUALIFICATION

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
