Roles & Responsibilities

About the client :

Our client is a reputed MNC

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze features in existing agency portal, understand business values that come with each of the features, and get ready required details for prioritization
  • Facilitate prioritization with product owner
  • Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements
  • Support product owner, SME (Subject Matter Expert), engineers and architects in solutioning conversations, ensuring optimum leverage in underlying components while meeting business needs
  • Write and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized requirements, provide clarification as necessary
  • Work with solution architect and developer to get to a solution that drives maximum synergies, deliver most business values and provide optimum efficiency
  • Play scrum master role and perform sprint planning
  • Write and review test plan and scenario, and support testing as necessary
  • Review test results and participate in defect triage
  • Obtain UAT sign off for deployment into production

Skills / Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in BA role
  • Experience in agency portal for Life Insurance organization
  • Delivery experience in Agile, Scrum
  • Experience in requirement analysis and user stories, acceptance criteria writing
  • Experience in Test Management, Stakeholder Management, Coordination, risk and issue resolution
  • Experience in UAT
