Roles & Responsibilities

Grow Your Career with OneO2Plants : Senior Sales Executive

Location : East Area

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours : Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am–5.30pm (weekends & PH off)

Salary Range : $3,500 – $3,800 per month

Annual Leave : 14 days

About the Role

Do you have a background in landscape or horticulture and a passion for transforming spaces with greenery?

At OneO2Plants, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can combine plant knowledge with sales acumen to deliver tailored indoor plant and landscaping solutions. You'll play a key role in helping businesses and homeowners create environments that are healthier, greener, and more inspiring.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage your horticulture / landscape expertise to understand client needs and recommend suitable plant solutions.
  • Grow our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional consultation, proposals, and creative plant concepts to clients.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our operations and design teams to deliver seamless solutions.

What We're Looking For

Background & Experience :

  • Diploma / Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience (plants, landscape design, horticulture, or related sales).
  • Skills & Strengths :

  • Passion for plants, greenery, and creating sustainable spaces.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical knowledge into client solutions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve results.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
  • Personal Traits :

  • Proactive and independent, yet collaborative.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic about bringing the beauty of nature into people's spaces.
