Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support the delivery of key system enhancements and process improvements. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and expand your skills in a dynamic environment, particularly if you have a background in CRM or related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
  • Process Mapping : Assess current workflows, propose improvements, and validate recommended solutions with the relevant teams.
  • Solution Design & Documentation : Help conceptualize system enhancements and develop supporting documentation, including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Project Coordination : Work closely with project teams (e.g., developers, QA, and operations) to monitor progress, communicate updates, and ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Testing & Validation : Assist in defining testing strategies, performing user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Integration & Reporting : Support data migration, integration activities, and reporting requirements across various business systems and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management : Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to team discussions on best practices, process improvements, and ways to enhance overall project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to document and communicate complex requirements in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data integration concepts and / or system testing processes is a bonus.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
