Make an Impact by

• Developing and maintaining Operations Support Systems (OSS) to ensure efficient network and service operations.
• Participating in requirements workshops and capturing system/software needs.
• Developing automation scripts for resource monitoring and incident management.
• Testing and evaluating monitoring requirements to ensure reliability and performance.
• Managing the full lifecycle of monitoring, triggering, and incident creation.
• Handling code documentation, version control, troubleshooting, and debugging across hardware, software, and appliances.

Skills for Success

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation concepts.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in OSS development and network automation.
