Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Handle corporate secretarial tasks for clients
  • Prepare board resolutions, share transfers, and maintain registers
  • Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
  • Conduct KYC checks and due diligence
  • Respond to client queries professionally
  • Support ad hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree / in Business Management, Accounting and related.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
  • Able to work independently & meet deadlines
  • Team player with good communication skills
