Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Drive competitive sourcing activities, identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and enforcing procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contract, payment terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Act as primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of procurement processes for new projects and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential procurement opportunities locally and overseas.
• Forecast the production demand for stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee forecast planning processes, ensuring accurate demand predictions and efficient resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation for payment processing.
• Review specifications and ensure the materials ordered meet the production requirements and require Mill Certs / test report when necessary.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned
