About The Role

The Executive Director will lead Paxos\' business efforts in Singapore by overseeing local operations, providing strategic guidance and engaging in high-level executive discussions. They will drive partnerships, enhance brand awareness and develop innovative solutions within the financial ecosystem. Additionally, they will stay informed about industry trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a thought leader in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulation within the region.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead local Paxos employees, serving as an escalation point and providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful execution of operations and projects.
• Develop and drive the regional strategy as a member of the local entity\'s board of directors.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and market penetration of Paxos’s product lines.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify partnership opportunities and establish a strong presence for Paxos in the Singaporean and broader Asian financial ecosystem.
• Develop and manage executive-level relationships with regional partners and vendors, including banks, financial institutions and technology organizations.
• Partner with our Product and Engineering organization to develop and introduce innovative solutions to address regional customer demands, aiding in the transition of the region\'s financial infrastructure towards a regulated blockchain system.
• Stay abreast of developments in the financial and regulatory landscape, providing insights and recommendations to the global leadership team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, growth, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of business plans.
