Roles & Responsibilities
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee multi-country operations, drive business growth, and lead diverse teams across the region. While our HQ is in Singapore, this position may be based overseas, and requires extensive travel to ensure seamless engagement with markets, partners, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through effective sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or related field.Minimum 8 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.Proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership.Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-cultural awareness.Comfortable with extensive travel across the assigned region.Familiarity with Asian markets and business practices is a plus.Why Join Us?
