Site Project Coordinator

Job Description :

As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of PSD installation works. Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing daily site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, clients, and stakeholders, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with technical drawings and safety regulations.

You will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, work progress, manpower deployment, and materials delivery. Additionally, you will provide technical support and resolve site issues promptly, and prepare site documentation including reports, method statements, and progress updates.

Assisting in testing & commissioning, quality control, and handover procedures will also be a critical part of your role.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
• Relevant site experience in rail transit or construction projects is an added advantage
• Familiarity with construction site requirements and procedures
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and project coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site and perform nightwork when required
