Shipping Executive

Responsible for managing logistics, shipping documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and overseas customers. Ensure timely payments, regulatory compliance, and resolve customer issues.

Job responsibilities :

• Handle logistics and shipping documents for polyethylene shipments
• Coordinate with finance on LC and payment matters
• Liaise with HQ, forwarders, and overseas offices for scheduling and inventory
• Ensure smooth customer payments, including LC processing
• Maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Report issues or improvements
• Manage invoices and handle customer complaints

Job Requirements :

Location : Town - 5 days

Salary : $S3,000.00 - S$3,800.00
