About Us

Founded in 2023, New Asia Lion City Trading Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Hainan Haiyan Food & Beverage Investment Co., Ltd from China. We currently have 2 outlets in Singapore and is on track to open more outlets. We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join us on this jounrney. At New Asia Lion City Trading, we believe in growing together – we offer a supportive team culture, career development opportunities to help you build a rewarding future in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities :

Lead overall operations, strategy, and performance of the outlet
Ensure profitability, service excellence, and compliance
Manage senior management team and cross-functional operations
Drive brand standards, training, and staff development

Requirements :

5+ years' experience in F&B or hospitality management

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills

Proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants / outlets

Able to work shifts, weekends & PH

Prior experience in handling multiple outlets is a plus point
