Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Support Engineer to provide technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support across server, network, IoT, and endpoint systems.
This role requires on-site / remote problem resolution during business hours and occasional after-hours support for critical systems. You will maintain CCTV, access controls, IoT sensors, and end-user devices while ensuring minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and rapid incident response.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Hardware Maintenance & Repair
Perform diagnostics, component replacement, and repairs for :
Manage warranty claims and vendor coordination for faulty hardware.
2. Software & System Support
Install, patch, and troubleshoot OS (Windows / macOS / Linux) and applications (Office 365, antivirus, specialized tools).
3. IoT & Network Device Maintenance
Test / replace failing sensors (temperature, motion, access controls).
4. Proactive Maintenance & Compliance
Execute scheduled maintenance checks for servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
5. Emergency & After-Hours Support
Provide on-call support for P1 / P2 incidents (e.g., system outages, security breaches).

Technical Knowledge :
OS : Windows Server, Linux distros, macOS
Certifications (Preferred) :
CompTIA A+ / Network+, ITIL Foundation
Physical & Shift Requirements :
Ability to lift / move equipment.
