Your new role

As part of the bank’s expansion they are looking for highly skilled and motivated credit risk talents to join the credit review team. In this exciting role, you will be conducting independent credit assessments their corporate customers, ensuring the appropriateness of risk ratings and adherence to internal grading policies. You will play a crucial role in identifying key risks and mitigating factors during the evaluation process and present your findings to the credit committee for deliberation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, monitor regulatory changes, and propose improvements to our credit review processes.

What you'll need to succeed

For you to be successful in this position, you will have:

• 5 or more years’ experience in credit risk analysis, credit approval, and/or credit review functions with a reputable banking/financial services institution

• Strong background in credit risk analysis, financial analysis/projections, and credit assessment for corporate customers.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to identify and articulate issues/observations.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute individually within stipulated timelines.
