Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
- Advise clients on product features, trends, and styling and technical details (watches)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with brand aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Collaborate with team members and management to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches as required
