transcosmos group. is currently serching for a Japanese speaking IT Application Developer with passion for technology, proactive thinking to add value to our infmation technology Department.

Role Objectives :

The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the team, using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure, and AI to develop and maintain in-house applications used by the company and group companies.

This is a critical position that can directly improve company-wide operational efficiency through requirements definition and design of in-house applications.

Key responsibilities :

Develop and maintain in-house applications used by the company and group companies.

Define requirements for in-house applications, conduct design and estimates, collaborate with teams in Japan and offshore development teams, and perform comprehensive project management and operational maintenance management for in-house applications.

Language Requirements :

Proficient in Japanese and English to communicate with teams in Japan and also overseas developers.

Recuired Skills and Experience :

• Project management experience (2+ years)
• Project experience managing teams of 5+ members
• Operational maintenance experience (1+ year)
• Technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with teams in Japan and overseas
• Documentation skills
• Security knowledge
