5 Months Contract - Finance Executive (AP) - 3 Days WFH - GOOD COMPANY!

Position : 5 Months Contract - Finance Executive (AP) - 3 Days WFH - GOOD COMPANY!!!!

Location : Near Tuas West MRT (Transport Provided : Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT)

Working hours : 9am – 5.45pm / Monday to Friday - On Hybrid Working Style : 2 days work from the office, 3 days work from home — NO OT REQUIRED!!!

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Leave benefits will be base on MOM calculation

Duration : 5 months contract — Starting in mid November 2025 (covering maternity leave)

Industry : WHOLESALE OF OTHER MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payments.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries (accruals, reclassifications), account reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial operations by coordinating with the Finance team.
• Support the Assistant Manager / Manager and Japan HQ with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
