Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead, motivate, and support a large teamwithin a time-sensitive and demandingenvironment.
• Manage timely data collection to updateoperations metrics .
• Partner with cross-functional supportteams in improving the proprietary toolsand systems .
• Work closely with legal and safetydepartments to make sure activitiesremain compliant.

• Conduct budget reviews and report costplans to upper management. To lead andmanage warehouses, a fleet of drivers anddelivery assistants in a timely and efficientmanner.

• Ensure day-to-day operation is smooth andtrouble-free.
• Plans for operational target and objectivein the long and short term basis.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts,remove barriers, resolve issues of mediumcomplexity involving stakeholders andescalate to appropriate level whenequired.
