Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Executive Support Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while also supporting Aprisium’s leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Support recruitment activities : job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate training, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Executive Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and leadership team.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking action items.Coordinate travel and logistics for leadership team members.Support leadership communications (drafting memos, organizing team updates).Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of experience in HR operations; exposure to executive / administrative support is a plus.Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR practices.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HR software knowledge is an advantage.Personal Attributes
