Job descriptionExperience in supply chain management. Knowledge in GST for marine industry and on export is an advantage. Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be used). Good communication skills in English both verbally and written.
Roles & Responsibilities
- General office duties as assigned by the Spare Parts Department manager which may include :
- Follow up with our customers and their agents & freight forwarders on supplied orders to ensure correct and complete supporting documents are obtained for GST purpose.
- Filing of documentations in accordance with requirements in an orderly fashion and retrieval of these documents for audit purpose.
- General administrative duties as required.
Requirements :
5 days work week
Tuas Area (Tpt pick-up at Boon Lay and CCK MRT)
