Human Resources Business Partner – Investments

Our client, a highly regarded Investment Management firm, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the function. Reporting into the Head of HR and supported by a lean HR team, you will be responsible for partnering the Regional Leadership team, managing People Strategy, HR Projects and HR Operations in a hands-on strategic and operational HR Generalist role, overseeing a handful of countries across Asia and the Middle East. You will operate as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in a busy and varied HR role and also have some strategic oversight of the portfolio company’s HR operations.

We are looking for someone that is currently operating as a Regional HR Business Partner in a similar environment within investments, asset management or banking. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role and with partnering directly with the regional leadership team.
