- Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships by addressing inquiries, identifying opportunities and supporting tailored financial solutions.
- Handle account openings, transactions, investment orders and administrative tasks accurately and promptly to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services and provide market insights to support client portfolios.
- Work with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, perform client due diligence and maintain accurate records.
- Support portfolio reviews and other client-facing activities to enhance service quality.
skills and experience required
