Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform door-to-door sales visits to prospective companies to promote our recruitment services.
  • Canvass offices in targeted commercial and industrial areas to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cold call potential clients to generate leads, book appointments, and secure sales meetings.
  • Present our recruitment solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of the number of new job orders secured.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or recruitment sales preferred.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and cold calling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CEI Licence Preferred
