Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Perform door-to-door sales visits to prospective companies to promote our recruitment services.
Canvass offices in targeted commercial and industrial areas to identify new business opportunities.
Cold call potential clients to generate leads, book appointments, and secure sales meetings.
Present our recruitment solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of the number of new job orders secured.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.
Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements :
Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or recruitment sales preferred.
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and cold calling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
CEI Licence Preferred
