Corporate Finance Manager (Energy / Renewable Energy)

The Company

Our client is a market leader within the utilities, energy and renewable energy sector and they are seeking a Manager for their Project Finance team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for supporting both business development and project financing activities for the region including assisting on financial and commercial evaluation of potential investments, project financing, partnerships, M&A as well as greenfield projects.

You will build, maintain and run financial models to support valuation, due diligence and financing activities, run scenario and sensitivity analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company's portfolio, and work with a diverse range of stakeholders where you will be involved in preparation and review of presentations, briefing papers, budget and reports as well as support in the preparation of proposals and bids.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, etc with the following relevant experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and financial analysis within the Energy, Infrastructure and / or Utilities sector
• Proven regional exposure
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Prior or current exposure within a Big 4 Consulting firm will be preferred but not a must
