Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Executive, Consumer & Market Insights

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Consumer & Market Insights to serve as a central resource for insights that guide business and brand growth. The role focuses on turning market and consumer data into actionable strategies, helping the company identify opportunities, address portfolio gaps, and strengthen its competitive edge across categories and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and interpret global FMCG and category developments — particularly in noodles and beverages — to understand innovation and competitive dynamics.
  • Assess market performance, channel shifts, and competitor activity to highlight white-space opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
  • Partner with suppliers and flavor houses to explore ingredient and flavor innovations, linking them with product pipeline opportunities.
  • Commission and conduct consumer research in priority markets, synthesizing findings into clear, practical recommendations for marketing and product teams.
  • Deliver insights in a compelling way, equipping stakeholders with the knowledge to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Skills & Competencies

  • S trong grounding in market and category analysis
  • Experience with competitor benchmarking and trend tracking
  • Ability to present data as clear, actionable narratives
  • Solid understanding of FMCG categories (noodles and beverages preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in market research, category management, or FMCG analytics
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and hands-on experience with data visualization
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex insights into recommendations
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and external partners
  • Office Location : West, Singapore
