Assist in the monthly forecasts of project performance;
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Proposal and preparation of material samples;
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
Proposing cost-effective solutions for the intended project;
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
Prepare, Sketch and produce Autocad site drawings to achieve approval from clients;
Surveying the site to assist in the drawings and production of setting out & levelling for installation purposes;
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions;
Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
Produce site cutting lists for procurement and fabrication purposes;
Finalize as built drawings with quantity surveyors for final claim purposes;
Preparing reports as required;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience with LTA & SMRT project or equivalent.
