Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team! This role offers you the opportunity to work on exciting livestream and UGC (user-generated content) projects, sharpen your skills, and play a key part in the success of our creative team.

Working Location : Ubi

Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Liaising with livestream hosts in-store
  • Developing product and pricing strategies in collaboration with buyers
  • Coordinating product sponsorships, creator partnerships, and video quality vetting
  • Monitoring performance to identify suitable products, live hosts, and creators for Challenger
  • Building and training in-house livestream hosts in the long run
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, livestreaming, or e-commerce preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and livestream commerce), and user-generated content (UGC)
  • Good coordination and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with livestream hosts, creators, and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality livestream and video content
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail and digital marketing environment
