Responsibilities :
Assist the Admin & Fulfilment department in ensuring
daily order fulfilment process is complete such as order
processing, packing orders and accuracy, coordination of delivery
orders to customers / companies.
Communicate
with customers regarding fulfilment of orders either via phone
calls / delivery apps / emails / whatsapp text, etc.
Ensure data accuracy such as delivery dates and / time,
venue, etc and process lead- time effectiveness.
Inventory Stock Management and Shipment monitoring to
avoid delays, root cause investigation of delays / damage to the
items
Assist in outlets operations when
needed / other duties as may be assigned by Superior.
Packing / checking orders, delivery coordination,
customer / outlet order
coordination
Requirements :
with relevant admin exp in F&B industry
preferred
Able to support in operations
(packing products, arrange schedule for drivers &
etc)
Able to support at outlets when
required
Good in MS
office
