Job Description
The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the firm’s brand presence, attract new clients, and support business growth in the competitive accounting and professional services industry. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and industry knowledge to craft campaigns that position the firm as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals.
Key Responsibilities / Job Scope
Strategic Planning & Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
- Build and strengthen brand awareness through consistent messaging and positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
Digital & Content Marketing
Manage and grow the firm’s online presence across website, social media, and digital platforms.Plan, create, and oversee the development of engaging content such as articles, newsletters, and case studies relevant to accounting, taxation, and business advisory services.Optimize SEO / SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Design and execute campaigns to attract new clients (both SMEs and individuals).Support business development team with targeted campaigns and marketing collateral.Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to improve ROI.Events & Partnerships
Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops on accounting, compliance, and business advisory topics.Collaborate with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and business networks for partnership opportunities.Analytics & Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, engagement, conversions).Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in strategies and campaigns.Collaboration
Work closely with senior management and service teams to align marketing activities with service offerings.Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners when required.Requirements
Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in marketing strategy, preferably within professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, or finance).Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.Tell employers what skills you have
