Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain company documents for BCA, MOM, insurance, and other regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and documentation
- Handle HR-related tasks such as staff onboarding, leave tracking, and record-keeping
- Monitor project timelines and assist in preparing progress reports and cost summaries
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and permits
- Support director in business development, client communication, and internal planning
- Assist in procurement, quotation comparison, and vendor management
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative matters
