Roles & Responsibilities

This position reports to the Contracts Manager, providing support in preparing tender documents, which include drafting contract / specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders.

Individual to be involved in :

• Preparing tender documents and quotations
• Drafting contracts
• Daily procurement with vendors
• Contract administration matters for contractors' claims
• Assist in other relevant ad-hoc matters

Competencies required :

1. Strong ability to analyse contractual / legal issues

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Competent in numeric and basic computation

4. Able to decipher simple construction drawings
