Salary : up to $6000

Duration : 1 year

Working Days & Hours : Monday to Friday office hrs

Location : Raffles Place

Job Description :

Ensure robust Trade Assistance support according to Dealhandling (DH) team task overview, including :

• Perform post-trade processing activities, such as reconciliation and documentation
• Deal entry (term deals, in-house deals, storage deals) in respective systems for all segments upon traders’ request
• Follow up and update of deals and strategies in trading system, perform profit realization and strategy closure for Physical and Paper trades
• Perform MOPS price and other price sheet updates as requested
• Provide tender support for Crude desk and other benches if required
• Drive projects, improvements, and best practices agenda in Dealhandling
• Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting
• Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective including testing and system configurations
• Provide ad hoc support and duties upon requests from traders or line manager
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any legal risks
• Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities
• Be a backup for other Trade Assistance colleagues

Job Requirements : Min Degree in Finance / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience in financial institutions
