Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, video, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media presence in various key markets through content planning, posting, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting.
• Create engaging short- and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design ad-hoc visual content to support marketing and operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
• Engage and maintain relationships with KOLs / influencers to expand campaign reach.
• Organize marketing events, including public / corporate health talks, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, and fundraisers.
• Maintain Google Business Reviews and respond to feedback appropriately.
• Oversee website content updates, reporting, and SEO actions.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, video content strategies, and AI tools.
• Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.
