Business Development Director, Property Management
The Director will be responsible for driving the growth of our Property Management (PM) business while also exploring new business in Facilities Management (FM). This role combines the strategic acquisition of PM / FM mandates with achieving sustainable business growth. The Director will report directly to senior management and collaborate with operational, finance, and corporate teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement business strategies.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, target sectors, and potential clients.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to align strategies with client needs and industry trends.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs.
Property Management (PM) Business Development
Expand and diversify the company's portfolio of PM contracts.Build and strengthen relationships with developers, owners, and institutional investors to secure new mandates.Strengthen client retention and renewal rates through proactive engagement and service excellence.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business prospects.Drive tenders, proposals, and negotiations to secure new mandates.Act as the key relationship manager for strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.Develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans for PM.Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including client acquisition and contract renewals.Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies into service offerings.Drive innovation to enhance client value and operational efficiency.Benchmark performance and market positioning to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Building, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.Minimum 10‑15 years of relevant experience in property and / or facilities management in the service provider’s role.Demonstrated success in driving sustainability initiatives, workplace transformation and process efficiency improvements.Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and service delivery excellence.Experience in management reporting, including the setting and tracking of operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and accountability.Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management, working closely with internal users, leadership, and external service providers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
