We are looking for a Director for the fast-growing China market. You will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team and you will be measured by your team's overall revenue attainment, new logo acquisition, and expansion into existing customer accounts. This is a team of motivated and coachable people so we are looking for someone with a growth mindset who loves developing into rising stars.

- Drive Revenue Success : Own and exceed your teams quarterly / annual sales targets
- Build and Implement Strategic Plans : Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics
- Create Trust-Based Relationships : develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
- Distill Customer Needs and Value : Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition
- Manage the Front-Line Voice of Databricks : Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
What we look for :
Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights.Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in Mainland ChinaExperience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite. Experience in big data, selling against open source or freemium a plus.Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while always striving to uplevel your processProven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team first mindsetAbility to coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including and not limited to prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tacticsAbility to lead and coach a team of Account Executives executing in both Enterprise and Commercial marketsProficiency in Mandarin is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience presenting to the C Suite.Willing to travel as needed (Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus.
