ICT Executive cum Trainer (Lorong Chuan)

Design & Media Work : Create and edit school-related design projects such as marketing materials, posters, videos, and digital content.

Event & AVA Support : Provide ICT and AVA support (sound, photo, video) for school events and programmes.

ICT Equipment Management : Assist in managing and maintaining ICT & AVA equipment, including inventory, replacement, and loan systems.

System Administration : Support the administration of school ICT systems (e.g. digital signage, timetabling, OAS scanning, PTM booking).

Technology Enhancement : Stay updated on technology trends and recommend tools that enhance teaching and learning.

Requirement :

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science or related field.

Proficient in photo / video editing, animation, web and graphic design.

Skilled in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps and AI tools.

Familiar with EdTech tools (e.g. ClassPoint, Canva, Thinglink).

Knowledge of programming (C++, Java, XHTML).

ICT certifications (A+, CCNA, ACE, etc.) an advantage.

Preferably 2 years ICT training experience with primary students

Duration / Working hours :

10 months contract ( (1 Jan 2026 30 Nov 2026, excluding 1 Jun 30 Jun 2026 when services are not required)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :

• Mondays to Thursday : 7 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays : 7 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
