Roles & Responsibilities

- Formulate and implement targeted sales initiatives to enhance revenue streams in the marine and offshore market.
- Proactively identify and secure new commercial opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and active industry networking.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with clients, emphasizing retention and satisfaction for both existing and potential customers.
- Draft detailed proposals, competitive quotations, and deliver impactful presentations to prospective business partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by working closely with engineering, operations, and logistics departments, ensuring flawless project delivery.
- Remain vigilant of evolving industry trends and competitor behavior to refine and strengthen overall sales approaches.
- Oversee contract discussions and negotiate favorable business terms that align with company and client interests.
- Monitor sales results against defined targets (KPIs), providing regular performance updates to senior management.
