Job description

Our esteemed client in the Construction & Building Materials industry is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team :

  • Employment Type : Permanent
  • Position : Site Project Coordinator
  • Location : Islandwide (Office in Bishan)
  • Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 8am onwards ( with flexible daily hours. Must be available to address urgent site needs when required. )
  • Salary Package : Up to $4,300 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the relocation of materials between multiple sites.
  • Manage loading operations and ensure proper stockpiling at designated areas.
  • Plan and supervise truck and equipment deployment for efficient operations
  • Monitor safety and environmental parameters, taking corrective action when needed
  • Oversee site maintenance, including cleanliness, security, drainage, and pest control
  • Supervise vendors and workers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee and maintain stockpile sites under company responsibility
  • Oversee site cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of facilities
  • Supervise workers and vendors for maintenance tasks (turfing, drainage, pest control, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit reports as required

    • Job Requirements :

  • At least Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project or site coordination
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License or own transport for site visits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    • Willing to manage urgent on-site tasks during non-standard hours if required.
