• Review and analyse existing workflows across different business functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, intuitive, and efficient system workflows aligned with operational and business needs.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
