Project Engineer (M&E) - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and progress of all assigned contracts.
• Monitor installation works and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Report project progress regularly to the Project Manager.
• Supervise and ensure all works comply with contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and T&C checklists, work progress reports, and other project-related M&E documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Prepare and review technical submissions in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and manpower within or below approved budgets.
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and technical issues.
• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements.
• Advantageous to have experience in Data Center projects or DfMA.
• Mechanical : Knowledge of VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers, chilled water piping, and A&A works.
• Electrical : Knowledge of retrofit works, renovations, lighting control, and BMS.
