Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to oversee our business-critical applications, including ERP and MES systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, specifically in application management and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Management Leadership : Supervise all essential business applications (such as ERP and MES) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Process Innovation Initiatives : Evaluate and redesign business processes across various departments to enhance efficiency and facilitate digital transformation efforts.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders : Partner with cross-functional teams to discover technology-based solutions and execute process enhancements.
  • Project Management : Oversee the planning and execution of application upgrades, integrations, and digital projects.
  • Team and Partner Management : Direct the application support team and collaborate with external partners to uphold high service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    • Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum of 10+ years in IT applications management and business process improvement, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role , having worked on digital transformation projects.
  • Proficient in managing ERP and business systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, process mapping tools, and re-engineering methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and automation platforms (RPA, Power Automate).
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, Office 365, and collaboration platforms.
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.

    • Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
