Programme Manager ( 6 months contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

The role is responsible for coordinating and managing service delivery and change initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent will work closely with business divisions, vendors, and internal teams to support project implementation, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of projects and service-related activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure deliverables are met within scope and timeline.
• Gather and analyze information to identify challenges, propose practical solutions, and support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements

Salary range : S$5,000.00 – S$6,000.00
