ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Video Content Strategist in the User Growth team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly videos & creatives that make health monitoring accessible and engaging. The designer's work ensures App UI is depicted simple and understandable and health information is presented in an easily digestible format, encouraging users to actively download the app and participate in managing their chronic conditions. Your role contributes significantly towards Elfie’s north star : maximising global health impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop video concepts for user acquisition campaigns tailored to various markets, demographics, therapeutic areas and Elfie features, ensuring app awareness and engagement with cultural appropriateness.Design and produce finalized assets for multiple channels, adhering to brand guidelines, healthcare industry standards, and local market nuances.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective visual solutions. Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure marketing video assets and other creatives align with the app's interface and overall user experience.Conduct A / B testing on creatives and concepts, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends.Create video and other assets for various platforms, adapting styles and formats to suit different audience preferences, therapeutic area vitals and technical requirementsParticipate in regular team meetings and campaign performance reviews, presenting asset creation concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in video content and graphic design production, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including promotional videos, ads, and visual assets.Proficiency in design software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and relevant 2D / 3D software. Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation.Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffect, Premiere Pro), Figma, and relevant 2D / 3D software.Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content is polished, on-brand, and free from errors.Creativity and Innovation : Strong creative skills with the ability to generate original ideas and translate concepts into visually appealing videos and designs that resonate with target audiences.WHY JOIN US?

Pharmaceutical companies : Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.Insurers and employers : Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.What is our culture?
